The customer has the right to notify the website owner within 14 days of receiving the products that they wish to withdraw from the contract, without having to provide a reason for their decision. The withdrawal period begins one day after the date of receipt of the products.
If a product is defective at the time of purchase or does not meet the requirements stated on the product page, this is considered a claim based on a material defect.
The withdrawal from the contract must be submitted by the customer in writing, together with the purchase invoice, to the email address: office@gjerkes.com.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the customer must return the ordered products by post or deliver them to:
Matic Gjerkeš – nosilec dopolnilne dejavnosti na kmetiji
Jurčičeva ulica 7, 2230 Lenart, Slovenia
or to:
Farm address:
Fikšinci 49, 9262 Rogašovci, Slovenia
Products must be undamaged and returned in unchanged quantities, unless the product has been destroyed, damaged, lost, or its quantity has decreased without fault on the part of the customer.
The customer may not use the products beyond what is necessary before withdrawing from the contract. The customer may inspect and test the products only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and condition. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature and properties of the goods.
Upon withdrawal from the contract, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid or replacement products of equivalent value. In the event of withdrawal, the customer bears the cost of returning the products (when returned by post, the cost is calculated according to the delivery service price list and depends on whether the shipment is a parcel or other type of consignment).
Products must be returned to the website owner no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice has been submitted. We do not accept shipments with cash on delivery.
The customer does not have the right to withdraw from contracts concerning products that are made according to the customer’s exact instructions, customized to personal needs, unsuitable for return due to their nature, perishable, or past their expiry date.
Complaints and Disputes
In the event of dissatisfaction with a service provided or any other alleged irregularity, customers have the right to submit a written complaint. The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Complaints and claims may be submitted by email to: office@gjerkes.com.
The complaint handling procedure is confidential. The website owner must acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five days, inform the customer of the expected processing time, and keep the customer informed throughout the procedure.
The website owner acknowledges that disputes often involve a disproportion between the economic value of a claim and the time and costs required for resolution, which can discourage customers from initiating legal proceedings. The owner will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction according to the registered office of the owner.
